I had a smooth time using VictoryStore. It was easy to move around the site, and the pages loaded without any issues. Checkout was simple enough too. The only thing is, something about it felt like the product pages could use better filters to help narrow things down

Well... I bought a few things the quality was decent for the price. It’s not perfect, but for what you’re paying, I’d say it’s worth it.

I had an issue and reached out to support, and they got back to me fast. I wasn’t totally sure what the problem was, but somehow they figured it out and fixed it, so that was great. quick replies usually mean good support in my mind, so I’m happy with it.

I wasn’t planning to spend much time browsing, but wow, there were a lot of good options. I spotted what I needed quickly and just grabbed it without any hassle.

My order showed up, but... it wasn’t what I picked online. I’m not sure what happened, but the items I received were different from what I ordered.

I ordered this from victorystore.com a few weeks back, and it’s been holding up better than I expected. I’ve used it quite a bit already and haven’t noticed any tearing or weird wear. There was that one little loose thread on the side, which made me wonder about it at first, but it hasn’t turned into anything. For the price, I’m happy with it overall. I’d probably give it 5 stars if the finishing was just a little cleaner

I had a good time playing around with the design and switching up the colors. It took me a little while to get everything just right, mostly because I kept changing my mind over coffee, but it wasn’t hard to figure out. The finished sign looked really nice and felt like it matched what I had pictured.

I ordered what looked like a soft beige, and I’m telling you, what showed up was basically yellow-green. Not kind of off, not a little different because of lighting, fully, undeniably not the same color. The photos on VictoryStore are so far off it’s almost impressive. Customer service just said screens vary, which I get in theory, but this was nowhere near close. If the exact color matters to you even a little, I personally would not order from here again.

I ordered because I thought it would be a quick turnaround, but it just kept dragging out. Maybe there was a reason, I don’t know, but I wasn’t really getting updates and ended up waiting around longer than I planned. Probably wouldn’t use them again.

I ordered a sign from VictoryStore and wasn’t totally sure what to expect, so I was relieved when it arrived looking really good. The print quality was better than I thought it would be, with clean colors and no blurry or faded spots.
It was packaged well too, which definitely made me feel better since I always worry about stuff getting scratched in shipping. Overall I’m happy with how it turned out and I’d feel comfortable ordering another one if I need it.

I ended up having to return my order from victorystore.com because the size just didn’t work for me. i was already expecting it to be a whole hassle, and since it wasn’t really my fault the fit was off, I was hoping they’d at least make the refund process smooth or do something to make up for the inconvenience.
Customer service got back to me quickly and sent over the return details without making it complicated. Once they received the item, my refund came through in a few days. I still would’ve appreciated a little compensation for the trouble, but overall it was handled well and I can’t really complain

The stuff I got was really nice. It felt solid and well made. One item had a small mark on it. Not a big deal though. I’m still happy with everything. I’d give it 4 stars.

The proofing process was really easy. They sent the changes over quickly and even caught one mistake I missed. It did take a bit longer than I expected overall, but I was still really happy with how it turned out.

The box arrived beaten up, like it had been tossed around the whole trip. The packaging was really flimsy, so the item inside barely had any protection. I tried dealing with the automated support system too, which just made it more annoying because I wanted to explain the issue to an actual person

I kept emailing support and never got a reply. i regret reaching out so many times because it just felt like I was being ignored.
